I have worked in sales and service all of my life.  As a Realtor, my goal is to serve my customers as I would want to be served.  In today's world, it is extremely difficult to find good service in any industry, including Real Estate.  I take pride in learning about my customers' goals, needs, desires, and dreams, and utilizing the information gathered to make the real estate transaction a pleasant experience.  My customers know that I have their best interest in mind throughout the transaction.  My attention to details, assures my customers they are in good hands with me and my support team.   My business grows only by the referrals of past and present customers.  I keep in touch with my customers, many of whom have become close friends, after the transaction.  Please understand, my business is built on relationships, not just a sale!

I have been a Realtor since 2001 in the Tampa Area.  I have had 100% successful closings, with none that have not closed due to my diligence in making sure all details are covered.  My experience includes 21 years of Sales, Marketing, and Sales Management, in the Telecommunications Industry.  I have also managed fast food restaurants, floral shops-design and management, and grocery store management.

I am constantly updating my education in Real Estate to further my ability to assist the real estate public. I currently hold designation for Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Investment Agent Specialist, Graduate of Real Estate Institute, At Home With Diversity, e-PRO, Military Specialist and many more.

I earned an Associates degree with Tulsa Community College in Business, while employed with SBC Communications in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
